The tentative Lucian Bute avg'd 28 punches thrown per round (10 landed) thru eleven rounds before sniffing the finish line and throwing 98 punches in round twelve. 29% of Bute's landed punches came in the last round. His previous high for the fight was 19 landed- in round eleven.

Not impressed by either man. I can't help but feel that Froch took Bute's confidence. Bute was so hesitant, many of his punches lacked pop and he didn't go to the body nearly as often as he should have with that nice left upper of his. His time is up. As for Pascal, well, he is terrible. I'm not always sure whether he can actually hit someone properly. His technique is atrocious and his stamina poor. IF he ever manages to get a fight with Stevenson he is going to receive a world class whooping!
