This one may have exceeded the hype. They avg'd nearly 80 punches thrown per round coming into the fight. Tonight Mike Alvarado avg'd 111 per round, Brandon Rios 77 per round. 82% of their combined landed punches (276 of 336) were power shots.

82% is the not combined power punches landed but the percent of landed punches that were actually power punches, meaning they had an extremely low percentage of landed jabs
They landed 32% of combined power punches
