Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) today announced they had bolstered their stable by signing Denmark’s reigning unified bantamweight champion Dina Thorslund, the Somali-British boxer Ramla Ali, Costa Rica’s 20-year-old undefeated flyweight world champion Naomy Valle and former amateur starlet Nat “No Love”' Dove.

Thorslund, 23-0 (9 KOs), started boxing at 14 and claimed her first world strap – the WBO super-bantamweight title – in 2018 before adding the WBO bantamweight championship to her collection in 2021. In September 2023, Thorsland won the WBC version of the crown, too.

The signings of Thorslund and Ali mark MVP’s first European fighters and, alongside the recent deal agreed with Alycia Baumgardner, cap a productive period for the promotional group in the female code after Amanda Serrano agreed to finish out her career with them. The first fight on that new deal with MVP will be the July 11 third bout with Katie Taylor at New York’s Madison Square Garden.

“Most Valuable Promotions is the future of women’s boxing, and I am so proud to join their roster of world-class female champions alongside Amanda Serrano, Shadasia Green, and Alycia Baumgardner and become MVP’s first signee from Denmark,” said Thorslund in a press release. “I have worked incredibly hard to become the unified bantamweight champion and a two-division champion. Now Jake Paul, Nakisa Bidarian, and MVP are providing the opportunity for greater equality and global visibility for female athletes like me. I look forward to making history with MVP.”

The 35-year-old Ali started boxing when just 12 years old in an effort to overcome bullying and obesity. Now 9-2 (2 KOs), the 2020 Olympian is looking to bounce back from two defeats in her last three outings.

Valle, 14-0 (9 KOs), is one of the brightest prospects in women’s boxing and comes with significant status in her native Costa Rica after winning a popular dance show. Not only that, she has been training to be a pilot and completed her first flight this year. “As a female athlete from a small but beautiful country like Costa Rica, I am incredibly proud that MVP has placed their trust in me,” she said in the press release. “This support represents not only a personal achievement but also a global platform where I can showcase my skills and represent my country with all my heart. I am ready to give it all and make my people and my nation proud of me.”

“MVP is committed to signing fighters who are not only champions in the ring but also game-changers for the sport, and we’re proud to welcome Dina, Ramla, Naomy and Nat to the MVP family,” stated Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian, co-founders of Most Valuable Promotions. “Dina is an undefeated two-division world champion and pound-for-pound elite who has dominated in Denmark and is now ready to become an international star. Ramla is a global force for change, using her platform to break barriers and empower women worldwide. And Naomy and Nat represent the future—rising prospects with the drive and talent to become a household name. Their signings mark a pivotal moment for MVP as we expand our fighter footprint into Europe while continuing to build the strongest women’s roster in boxing. It is all about the W.”
