Former IBF bantamweight titleholder Ebanie Bridges is looking to reinvigorate her career in 2026 by joining forces with top British coach Dominic Ingle, BoxingKingMedia have reported. The 39-year-old Bridges has lost her past two fights, most recently in a big upset to Alexis Araiza Mones in January.

Bridges, 7-3 (4 KOs), is in a relationship with former IBF welterweight beltholder Kell Brook who is preparing, alongside Ingle and Bridges, for his own comeback when he takes on Eisa Al Dah in Dubai on April 11 in an event designed to raise awareness for the Ricky Hatton Foundation. Hatton was preparing to fight Al Dah when he died by suicide last year.

Bridges, based in England but from Australia, broke on to the scene in 2021 when she gave the favored Shannon Courtenay a difficult fight over 10 rounds. The following year she claimed the IBF title when she outpointed Shannon O’Connell in Leeds.

There are rumors that Bridges, who gave birth last year, might be heading towards a rematch with Courtenay.

“I could go up a weight,” Bridges told Boxing Social. “But the main thing is, get that bloody win, [get my] hands raised, remember how that feels.”
