Gervonta Davis has been arrested in Florida.
Davis, the WBA lightweight champion, has been booked on a charge listed as “Battery – Domestic Violence” and the Bond is “to be set.”
He was booked at 0335 on Friday, July 11.
Davis, 30-0-1 (28 KOs), boxed to a controversial draw against Lamont Roach in March and they were due to meet again on August 16.
