Danish heavyweight Kem Ljungquist, 19-1 (12 KOs), has his first fight in 2025 on a Primetime Promotions show at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Copenhagen June 14. The opponent is to be announced.
A press release from Primetime indicates that this might be Ljungquist's last fight on Danish soil as there is a lucrative offer from the UK as well as an attractive contract offer from the US being looked into.
Ljungquist was knocked out in the fifth by former cruiser champ Murat Gassiev, 31-2 (24 KOs), in his biggest fight to date.
Headlining the show June 14 is super middle Oliver Zaren, 16-0 (7 KOs), who meets Tanzanian Joseph Magwisya (14-3) in a non-title 10-rounder.
