CHICAGO, IL - Junior middleweight prospect Donatas Bondoravas returns to action next Friday night, December 17th against Brandon “The Business” Baue in a scheduled eight rounder featured at WINDY CITY FIGHT NIGHT 14 at the UIC Pavilion.

A native of Kaunas, Lithuania, Bondoravas has thrilled Chicago fight fans in 2010 with his punching power and aggressive, action packed style of boxing.

Building a record of 10-1-1 with three knockouts, Bondoravas is coming off his most impressive performance to date, an eight round unanimous decision over Mustafah Johnson on November 19th at the UIC Pavilion.

Throughout the fight, Bondoravas was able to utilize a terrific jab to control the action against the slicker Johnson. Combining the jab with pulverizing overhand right hands that consistently found their target, Bondoravas closed strong in the last two rounds to win the bout, much to the delight of his growing fan base.

The win over Johnson was Bondoravas’ third this year at the UIC Pavilion. On June 19th, he blasted out Keon Johnson in the first round and followed that up with a brilliant second round destruction of Michael Davis on September 17th.

Fighting out of Troy, Missouri, the 23 year old Baue is a strong, physical fighter who brings a record of 12-4-0 with ten knockouts into the bout with Bondoravas. He has won three regional titles over the last two years and very much represents the toughest test for the Lithuanian.
