Moses Itauma, Britain's next big heavyweight hope, has tipped the scales at 242.1lbs ahead of Saturday’s fight with Jermaine Franklin, the American deemed Itauma’s sternest test to date.
Itauma’s weight of 242.1lbs means he is just over three pounds lighter than he weighed for his fight against Dillian Whyte in August.
As for Franklin, he recorded a weight of 258.lbs, which is a couple of pounds heavier than the weight he registered prior to fighting Ivan Dychko in September.
Itauma, 13-0 (11 KOs), and Franklin, 24-2 (15 KOs), are set to meet over 10 rounds at the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester, England.
