WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and former welterweight beltholder Antonio Margarito train together in Tijuana, Mexico. Both Chavez and Margarito are promoted by Top Rank. Chavez is training for the first defense of his title, scheduled for September 17 in Mexico against Ronald Hearns. Margarito will challenge WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto in a rematch scheduled to take place on December 3rd in New York's Madison Square Garden. Photos by Knucklehead Boxing.

Wow! Margarito looks small next to Jr. Anyways is'nt Jr. supposed to have some kind of cut on his hand from a ceiling fan or something?

What a performance by sr on that night. Lot of heart shown by Chapo. RIP
Yah both fought there hearts out that fight, now that was war, Chapo landed hes hard shots but chavez was just landing more hard shots to the body that took a toll on him. Great fights between Mexico vs P.Rico, keep them coming, this is what boxing is all about. :boxing:

Chavez Jr is bigger than I thought, does anyone know how much he shoots up to on fight night? He should really bring in a smart, fast fighter to help him out. Margarito is slow and open.
He weighed 180 in his last fight against Zbk. He gained 20 lbs.
