Former WBA interim-super flyweight champion of Rafael "El Torito" Concepcion of Panama won an eight round unanimous decision over Colombian Alex Olea at the Hall of the Hotel RIU in Panama City, Panama, in the headliner of the evening of a card organized by the company Best Box, with promoter Carlos González.

The vote of the judges were very clear. Judge Alex Marin had a 79-72 vote in favor of Concepción, judge Fernando Murray had a 80-71 vote in favor of Concepción and the judge Paul Brands 78-73 vote, also for Concepcion.

In the co-featured bout of the night, the former WBA flyweight world champion Roberto "La Araña" Vásquez, returned to his winning ways after 14 months out, winning a unanimous eight round decision over Colombia's Luis Felipe Cuadrado.

On his return to the featherweight division, former WBA world featherweight challenger Roinet "Mus" Caballero beat Colombian Elvis Garcia.
