The undercard to the August 2 card headlined by Oscar Duarte vs. Kenneth Sims Jnr at Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago was announced Wednesday by Golden Boy Promotions.

The co-featured bout will pit former two-time junior welterweight titleholder Regis Prograis against former IBF Joseph Diaz Jnr in a crossroads bout. Prograis, 29-3 (24 KOs), will be looking to get his career back on track after back-to-back losses to Devin Haney and Jack Catterall while Diaz, 34-7 (15 KOs), will try to rebuild off an eight round decision win last month in Tijuana, which broke a three-fight losing streak.

The rest of the card, which will be aired live on DAZN, will feature Tristan Kalkreuth, 15-1 (10 KOs) against Kareem Hackett, 12-1 (6 KOs), in a ten-round cruiserweight fight, while U.S. Olympian Joshua Edwards, 3-0 (3 KOs), will face Cayman Audie, 4-1 (2 KOs), in a six-round heavyweight fight.

The DAZN broadcast will open with an eight-round light heavyweight bout between Yair Gallardo, 9-0 (8 KOs), of Mexico City and North Carolina's Quinton Rankin, 21-9-2 (16 KOs).

The preliminary action will include Gael Cabrera, 8-0 (5 KOs) in a super bantamweight fight against an opponent to be announced, plus local prospect Deontae Pettigrew, 15-0 (11 KOs), against Skylar Lacy, 8-1-2 (6 KOs), in an eight-round heavyweight fight, plus Mekhi Phillips, 6-0 (6 KOs), against an opponent to be named in the opening bout.
