Rima Ayadi, the WBA interim junior lightweight titleholder, will defend her title against Elif Nur Turhan on August 28 at the Grand Hotel Barriere in Paris.
France’s Ayadi, 35, is 11-0 (1 KO). The heavy-handed Turhan, of Turkey, is five years Ayadi’s junior, and 10-0 (6 KOs).
On the undercard super middleweight Kevin Lele Sadjo, 25-0 (22 KOs), is set to fight an opponent who has yet to be announced.
Sadjo, a 35-year-old from France, is the mandatory challenger to the EBU title held by England’s Callum Simpson and was previously nearing an eliminator against his compatriot Christian Mbilli for the IBF title held by Saul “Canelo” Alvarez.
