IBF super featherweight champion Juan Carlos Salgado (25-1-1, 16KOs) is ready to defend his title against a dangerous pro, Jonathan Victor Barros (34-2-1, 18KOs) of Argentina. BoxingScene.com recently reported how Salgado was returning on August 4th in Mexico and Televisa was going to broadcast the card. Barros has several good wins on his record and only two career defeats, to Celestino Caballero and Yuriorkis Gamboa. Barros is one win removed from the Caballero rematch, which happened after Barros won a controversial split decision in their first fight.
