Fight night at this year’s International Boxing Hall of Fame will be hosted by Salita Promotions at the Turning Stone Resort Casino in New York.
The Friday, June 6, card will be shown on DAZN and headlined by heavyweight Brandon Moore, a 17-1 (10 KOs) USBA champion, who meets 14-0 (11 KOs) Stanley Wright.
Moore, a decorated amateur and a 2019 Golden Gloves Champion, last fought defeating Skylar Lacy, while Wright came through Jeremiah Milton.
The bill includes former US Olympic team captain Joseph Hicks Jnr, who is a 12-0 (8 KOs) middleweight, and former national amateur champion Joshua James Pagan, who is 12-0 (4 KOs) and who meets Lancaster, Pennsylvania’s James Bernadin, a 13-2-1 (6 KOs) Haitian native.
New Salita signing Franchon Crews-Dezurn, 9-2 (2 KOs), the reigning WBC and WBA unified super middleweight world champion, defends her titles against Mexico’s 2024 Olympian Citlalli Ortiz, 4-1 (1 KO).
There are also slots on the undercard for Puerto Rico’s first women’s Olympic boxer Ashleyann Lozada, 1-0, Brooklyn, New York heavyweight Pryce Taylor, 7-0 (5 KOs), and Salita Promotions’ middleweight prospect Da’Velle Smith, 11-0 (8 KOs).
The International Boxing Hall of Fame weekend takes place in nearby Canastota, from Thursday, June 5, to Sunday June 8, with Manny Pacquiao, Vinny Paz, Michael Nunn, Yessica Chavez, and Mary Jo Saunders, among the inductees.
