Last Saturday night in California, light heavyweight contender Sullivan Barrera (18-1) bounced back from his March unanimous decision loss to Andre Ward with a vengeance.

Shabranskyy, who was undefeated, was viewed by a lot of experts as the favorite to win and many had expected him to knock Barrera out. And while he was able to score a quick knockdown in the contest, he took a lot of punishment round after round.

Barrera didn't hold anything back while speak with interviewer Jessica Rosales.

The Cuban boxer is now ready for whatever challenges are going to come his way, including a rematch with Ward - who now holds the WBA, WBO, IBF world championships.

"I just showed all the boxing fans, I showed all the people that talked sh*t about me, I silenced them. I shut a lot of mouths. I demonstrated on the great station HBO Latino that I am ready for a rematch with Andre Ward or a fight with Sergey Kovalev. I showed that I am one of the best light heavyweights in the world," said Barrera.
