Daniel Lozano and Jonathan Vidal are fighting fit and ready to square off in final round of the Boxeo Telemundo Super Flyweight tournament Friday evening at A La Carte Pavilion in Tampa, Florida.


The scheduled 10-round bout will determine who goes on to challenge for a major title in the first part of 2015. Both fighters came in right at the 115 lb. divisional limit. 


Lozano (12-1, 9KOs) earned his way to the finals with an 8th round knockout of Antonio 'Tostado' Garcia this past August. The feat also took place at A La Carte Pavilion, where Lozano - a local favorite from Bowling Green, FL - now appears for the seventh time in his last eight starts.


Vidal (18-2, 10KOs), who hails from Puerto Rico, also scored an 8th round knockout of his own this past summer, stopping Juan Kantun in their July 18 headliner in Kissimmee, Florida. The bout headlined the summer season premiere of Boxeo Telemundo, serving as the highest rated telecast in the series 25-year history


The 10-round main event tops the fall season premiere of the series (Friday, Telemundo, 11:35PM ET), airing for the first of four consecutive Fridays. The fall - and 2014 - season concludes on October 25, with former featherweight contender Orlando Cruz headlining at Kissimmee (FL) Civic Center.
