Bill "Two Scoops" Emes catches up with promoter Joe DeGuardia of Star Boxing, who handles undefeated Chris Algieri (20-0, 8KOs), to discuss the biggest win of his boxer's career. DeGuardia breaks down how Algieri got up from two knockdowns in the first round, and overcame a closed right eye, to win a twelve round split decision over heavily favored Ruslan "Siberian Rocky" Provodnikov to capture the WBO junior welterweight championship in an HBO televised main event from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

He's smart enough to know that this title will be short lived so he might as well try his hardest to cash in. Wishful thinking if he believes he has a shot a PAC.

Bill Emes a suggestion there bud... when you do an interview, be cognizant of the volumes levels. The promoter was at a good level, but you were going too heavy on the mic. You want the end result to be both volumes nearly the same. Thanx.

The only thing that is going to clash is Algieris face with Pacquiao's glove. Imo.

A Pac shot is not deserved...nor was Ruslan deserving. Dream on. Needs to fight someone legit first and look impressive. As mayweather says the object of the game is not to get hit. Well chris did and got hit hard. Everyone has seen him fight once!
