This guy will give ANY body in the 140-147 lb range a tough fight I don't care how slick they are. They had better be ready for 12 rds of hell with Ruslan coming hard in every round. He is fun to watch!

was a good fight to watch that last night, mainly because it was a fight and not a glorified sparring session. provodnikov might not be the best, but he has a fan friendly style and i will be watching his fights anyway!
