Unified junior lightweight champion Alycia Baumgardner and challenger Bo Mi Re Shin both came in under the 130lbs limit at Thursday’s weigh-in at the Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City, ahead of their Friday clash in the same venue.

Detroit’s Baumgardner, 17-1 (7 KOs), weighed 129.8lbs, while South Korea’s Shin, 19-3-3 (10 KOs), hit the scales only slightly lighter, at 129.4lbs.

Baumgardner-Shin and the rest of the MVPW-02 main card will broadcast live on ESPN.

In the event’s other world title bout, a super middleweight 10-rounder in the co-main, unified champion Shadasia Green (168.0lbs) and challenger Lani Daniels (167.6lbs) both came in at or below the contracted limit.
