WBA junior lightweight beltholder Jazza Dickens and challenger Anthony Cacace made weight on Friday ahead of Saturday's clash at Dublin, Ireland's 3Arena. Dickens, who is making his first defense, weighed 129.14lbs while Cacace, the former IBF titlist, came in at 129.5lbs.

The 34-year-old Dickens, 36-5 (15 KOs), captured the interim belt with a fourth-round stoppage of Olympic gold medalist Albert Batyrgaziev in 2025. “Becoming a champion, it doesn’t change a lot. You still have to go in there and win your own title back,” Dickens, from Liverpool, England, said this week.

Cacace, two years older than his opponent at 36, can boast victories over Joe Cordina, Josh Warrington and Leigh Wood in his last three bouts. From Belfast, Northern Ireland, the 24-1 (9 KOs) southpaw said: "I’m raring to go. If I win this title, I can go down as one of Ireland’s greatest ever fighters, and that’s what’s motivating me.”
